No me hab=C3=ADa fijado, pero despu=C3=A9s de ver esta linea:

employee.getEquipment().isEquipmentAvailable(employee.getEquipment())

Me d=C3=AD cuenta que est=C3=A1 dem=C3=A1s el par=C3=A1metro de este m=C3=
=A9todo ya que est=C3=A1 definido dentro del Entity, tiene m=C3=A1s senti=
do si las condiciones de eval=C3=BAan sobre la misma instancia del entity=
 y no sobre un objeto enviado como par=C3=A1metro.

Ser=C3=A1 m=C3=A1s limpio el c=C3=B3digo si quitamos el par=C3=A1metro.
